Using a toothpick poke evenly spaced rows of holes into the blondies. There should be about a toothpick's space between each hole and about two toothpick’s space between each row.
Cut the blondies into equal sized squares – about 6 holes by 4 rows.

7 tablespoons canola oil
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
⅛ teaspoon salt
1 cup flour
Chocolate chips
Directions
Heat the oven to 325℉.
In a medium bowl mix together the oil and brown sugar.
Mix in the egg, vanilla, and salt.
Once combined add in the flour and mix to combine.
Then mix in the chocolate chips.
Spread the batter in a very well greased 8x8 baking pan.
Bake for about 30 minutes.

1 ½ cups packed brown sugar
7 tablespoons canola oil
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ½ cups flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup chocolate chips
Directions
Heat the oven to 325℉.
In a large bowl combine the brown sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla.
Mix the dry ingredients separately in a small bowl.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
Throw in the chocolate chips and mix.
When fully combined, spread into a very well greased 9x13 baking pan.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out almost clean.
