Mitzri’im in the Dark
As the ninth makkah Hashem sent a thick black darkness on the Mitzri’im.
Ingredients
Your favorite brownie batter
48 white chocolate chips
Things
2 very well greased mini muffin tins
Fill each cup of the muffin tins about ⅔ of the way with brownie batter.
Place 2 white chocolate chips in each cup right next to each other like eyes.
Bake the brownies at 325 for about 10 minutes, until ready according to your recipe’s instructions, keep an eye on it as times will vary with each recipe.
Ingredients
7 tablespoons canola oil
1 ½ cups sugar
¾ cups cocoa
¼ rounded teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs, cold
½ cup flour
Directions
Heat the oven to 325℉.
Combine oil, sugar, cocoa, and salt in a medium mixing bowl.
Add vanilla extract.
Add eggs one at a time. Beating vigorously after each egg.
When the batter is fully combined, thick and shiny beat in the flour.
Beat an extra 40 - 50 times.
Grease an 8-inch square baking pan very well.
Spread batter evenly in the greased pan.
Bake for 20 - 35 minutes until a toothpick comes out with just a few large crumbs attached.
Variation:
Cookies: Pipe 3-inch cookies onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 8 - 12 minutes.
Mini Cupcakes: Fill mini cupcake tins lined with cupcake liners about ⅔ of the way and bake for about 10 minutes.
